2. SEO Audit Services

SEO audits involve research, analysis, and preparation of reports based on a client’s website and online presence.

  • Once an audit has been completed and the report delivered, the payment is generally non-refundable.
  • If a cancellation request is received before work begins, a refund may be considered.
  • If work has already started, any refund will take into account the work completed.

3. Link Building and Citation Services

Link building and citation building involve research, submissions, outreach, and other work that may require time or third-party resources.

  • Payments for completed work are non-refundable.
  • If a project is cancelled before work begins, a refund may be considered.
  • If a project is cancelled after work has started, the refund amount, if any, will depend on the work completed and any non-refundable costs incurred.
  • Third-party publication, directory, or placement fees that have already been paid are generally non-refundable.

Search engines and third-party websites control whether submitted pages, listings, or backlinks are indexed, retained, or displayed. I cannot guarantee indexing or permanent placement.

4. Monthly SEO Services

For monthly SEO packages and ongoing services:

  • Monthly payments are generally collected in advance.
  • Clients may request cancellation before the next billing period.
  • Cancellation will prevent future recurring work and billing, where applicable.
  • Payments for a current billing period are generally non-refundable once work has started.
  • Any unused prepaid services will be reviewed according to the agreed scope and work already completed.

5. Cancellation Requests

Clients who wish to cancel a project should contact me as soon as possible.

Cancellation requests must include:

  • Client name
  • Project or service details
  • Invoice or payment reference
  • Reason for cancellation

All cancellation requests will be reviewed individually.

6. Situations Where Refunds May Be Considered

A refund may be considered in the following circumstances:

  • Delays caused by circumstances outside my reasonable control.

No specific Google ranking, traffic increase, or lead generation result is guaranteed.

8. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will generally be issued through the original payment method where possible.
  • If the original payment method cannot accept the refund, an alternative mutually agreed method may be used.
  • Processing times depend on the payment provider and banking institutions.
  • Any non-refundable transaction or intermediary fees will be handled in accordance with the agreed payment terms and applicable law.

9. Disputes and Concerns

If you are dissatisfied with a service or believe that the agreed deliverables have not been provided, please contact me before initiating a payment dispute.

I will review the project details, discuss the concerns, and make reasonable efforts to reach a fair resolution.
